The postmaster of Shivpuri said that complaints, petitions, and disputes related to postal services such as counter services, savings bank, and money orders will be heard in the post office court. In addition, complaints pending for more than 30 days on the CP Gram Portal and bulk complainants with more than 50 pending complaints will be taken up automatically and resolved in this post office court.
