Mysore: The Dasara Nada Kusti tournament, one of the main events of Mysore Dasara, will be held from 11 to 17 at the D. Devaraj Urs Multi Purpose Stadium in Mysore city, said Minister Dr. Yatindra Siddaramaiah.

Speaking while inaugurating the traditional pair tying ceremony and releasing the official poster, he said that the state government will provide more encouragement to this traditional sport. Adequate arrangements have been made for all wrestlers participating in this seven-day event that attracts viewers from across the country and abroad. The minister informed that matches will be held in three categories: Nada Kusti, Point Kusti, and Panchakusti.
