SDM Kunikha Aikars administered the oath of office and secrecy to the newly elected Chairman and Vice Chairman. The election process under the Panchayat Samiti Lahaul-Spiti Chairman and Vice Chairman elections elected Dinesh Kumar as Chairman and Amita Devi as Vice Chairman. On this occasion, the Sub-Divisional Officer (N.) and Authorized Officer of Panchayati Raj Elections, Lahaul, Kunikha Aikars administered the oath of office and secrecy to the newly elected Chairman and Vice Chairman.

He said that Dinesh Kumar, son of Ram Kishan, resident of village and post office Murung, Sub-Tehsil Udaipur, District Lahaul-Spiti, Himachal Pradesh, has been elected as the Chairman of the Panchayat Samiti Lahaul-Spiti. Meanwhile, Amita Devi, wife of Raman, resident of village and post office Shasha, Tehsil Lahaul, District Lahaul-Spiti, Himachal Pradesh, has been elected as the Vice Chairman of the Panchayat Samiti.

On this occasion, Kunikha Aikars gave congratulations and good wishes to the newly elected Chairman Dinesh Kumar and Vice Chairman Amita Devi. He expressed the hope that both office-bearers would diligently perform their duties and give priority to works related to the development of the area and public welfare.
